With an aggressive profitable growth strategy, we are actively looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team based in Fourways Johannesburg, South Africa.
The Mindspa Institute is a leading supplier of training solutions for some of the biggest corporations within South Africa and does projects throughout Africa.
The Mindspa Institute Pty (Ltd) was established in 2008 and specializes in skills development. We are accredited with The Services Seta and have offices in Gauteng and Cape Town and operate internationally. We have had the privilege of forming partnerships with major blue-chip companies as well as government institutions and have rolled-out training and workshops across Africa.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (but not limited to)
- Cold calling
- Acquire new business as continued expansion amongst existing clients
- Achieving sales targets
- Produce sales strategies for profitable growth and keeping the company competitive and innovative
- Accurately forecast future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to continuous shifts in the marketplace
- Track sales levels against targets and produce sales forecasts; monthly and quarterly as well as annual
- Establish strong professional relationship with customers across all levels and be the company’s business advocate
- Maintain and update client information
- Client visits and sales meetings
Qualification and Experience
- Matric
- Evidence of a proven sales track record
- 3+ years of work experience
- Well informed about the training market in South Africa, competitors and associated products and services will be an advantage
- Good technology and technical knowledge
