Anton holds a B.Comm Accounting Degree from the North West University and an MBA from the University of Wales.

He has 28 years of Operational and Corporate Finance (FMCG) experience with R2R – Record to Report, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Stock Management, Project Management, Budgeting, Costing, Compliance ~ Internal, External Audit and Imports and Exports Maritime and Africa.

He completed his Audit Articles with KPMG Aitken and Peat, Chief Accountant with Golden Neolife Diamite International, Plant Admin and Finance Manager for Frito Lay – Simba, Group Accountant at Coca-Cola Canners of Southern Africa and Finance Manager with Coca-Cola South Africa.

He is passionate about seeing people develop and evolve into their best self! His experience with staff management embraced the entire process from recruitment through to training. Setting KRA’s and managing outcomes. He loved seeing people taking the challenge and developing and rising through the ranks in the business over years.

He has vast experience in people development, constructive training, sharing experience and theory, making it practical and relevant. He has facilitated a broad scope of courses from soft skills through to leadership development. Facilitating is not just about sharing information. You not only responsible for securing participation from all the individuals in the room, but also for guiding those individuals with different personalities and work styles to a common outcome. That gives him the drive to do what he does. He has good communication skills, encourages open communication and is a firm believer in driving synergy.
