Biography
“I do what I love and love what I do.”
I have been in the corporate world for over 15 years and my fields of experience and study are both diverse and complimentary. My primary focus and passion is corporate training and skills coaching.
I have a passion for the industry and thrive on seeing people grow and develop in their careers.
I have facilitated learning interventions which include: Sales, Telesales, Call Center Skills, Business Ettiquete Coaching, People Management, Supervisory Skills, Emotional intelligence, Social Styles & Personality Profiling Time management, Event Management, Stress Management, Report & Technical Writing, Basic Business Writing Presentations Skills, Basic Computer Literacy.
My philosophy is that good relationships make for good business and I put a strong focus on the importance of relationships in the workplace both within an organisation and with their customers, as well as how to initiate and optimise these relationships.
I believe that the relationships with the people that I have worked with over the years, has been quintessential in who I am today. I have had the opportunity to work for and with some great “movers & shakers” from whom I have learned invaluable corporate and life lessons.
I believe and teach that attitude makes or breaks the effectiveness of an employee. With the right attitude any skill can be acquired. It is this that I base my own approach to my career path.
