Practical Workshop

To embed the learning from the theoretical of the training intervention, the facilitator will role-play various scenarios with the delegates:

  • Delegates will be given a job description and 3 relevant resumes to practice screening (this can be designed by The Mindspa or can be related to a current interview process in the company)
  • Delegates will prepare and conduct an interview with one chosen “candidate “
  • Delegates will prepare and conduct a competency-based interview with a “chosen” candidate.
  • The group will observe and give comments, including feedback on body language.
  • The facilitator will observe, and role play with the delegates and give immediate feedback and tips.
