Interviewing for Talent

Training and Development

“One of the greatest joys of leading a business is providing jobs to other people.” ― Hendrith Vanlon Smith Jr, CEO of Mayflower-Plymouth

Interviews are one of the most important steps in the hiring process. A great interview gives you the chance to verify the candidate’s resume and importantly to check whether the applicant will be a good fit for your organisation. It should also give the candidate an opportunity to learn more about the position and the company, therefore the ability to conduct a thoroughly prepared interview and engage in effective questioning and listening skills are critical to the business.

This practical workshop and real-life role-plays will enable you to conduct an effective job interview that helps you hire the best candidate for your open position, whether it be in person or online.

“A job interview is a two-way communication to probe for cultural and team fit. No matter which side of the table you sit, you should be asking questions that are important to you without fear.”
― Salil Jha
