The Mindspa Institute Train the Trainer course will improve your training technique and give you the confidence to deliver highly effective training to a diverse adult audience. Adult learners are unique: they are often people with years of experience; they have technical expertise and cannot be trained in the same way as children who are easily “wowed” by new knowledge.
