Cecilia Hattingh
Facilitator
Biography
Cecilia holds an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology, a Labour Relations Diploma Cum Laude and she is currently upskilling in Payroll and taxes. With over 16 years of experience in the corporate Human Resources field, she culminated her career as the HR Executive for Wetherlys Furniture, a part of the Ellerines group. In 2010, driven by personal circumstances, Cecilia transitioned to the Learning and Development sector.
She has since qualified as an assessor with the Services Seta in various learning programs, dedicating herself to the training and development of young adults. Over the past 14 years, Cecilia has facilitated and assessed courses in Generic Management, Business Administration, New Venture Creation, Project Management, and Management skills. Additionally, she has provided training in Communication skills, Telephone and Reception skills, Business Writing, Employment Equity, basic Labour law and numerous other program.
She had an eagerness to learn from every new experience and approaches challenges with positivity and perseverance. She views each new challenge as an opportunity for growth. Her passion lies in her commitment to the development of her students, finding immense satisfaction in witnessing their progress and success.
