Louise A Beretta
Facilitator
Biography
Louise studied Human Resources, Training and Development, Personnel Management and Business Management at various institutes including RAU, IPM, Unisa, and worked in the Franchisee industry in various Human Resource departments where she continued to become an accredited Skills Development Facilitator, Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator, HR Associate with SABPP and full member of SAIM, and completed various psychometric courses, including Shadow Match and HBDI.
She uses her experience in the various areas within the corporate business environment in her facilitation, including Communication, Business Management, Staff Management, Basic Adult Education, Business Analysis (Scorecard), soft skills, life skills and Office administration, and developed various performance management processes, profiling methodology, recruitment strategy and then succession planning.
