Tanya Penwarden
Facilitator
Biography
Tanya is a facilitator, motivational speaker, learning architect, materials developer, counsellor, has a SAICS (Int) and began her career as an auditor, with Steyn Douglas Chartered Accountants & Associates. After a decade as the group accountant for the Adler Group of Companies, Tanya founded The Rush Hour Agency (PR and Creative Below the line Advertising) which flourished successfully for almost a decade before she shifted her full focus to motivation and training.
Based on her personal entrepreneurial and extensive training experience, Tanya is able to present a wide range of business topics on a multiplicity of levels. She is also a certified Lifeline counsellor, and regular pro bono motivational speaker and trainer for CANSA KZN. Tanya is able to empathize with and coach delegates, regardless of their challenges in and out of the workshop environment!
Her passion for business and people and her desire to make adult learning a meaningful experience for delegates and to ensure that they return to the workplace with practical ideas on how to use their learning to add value in their workspace have led her to develop a practical, charismatic, interactive fun style of facilitation, wherein delegates are encouraged to engage and add value to each other’s learning experience as well.
